We started with a single rooftop, a handful of seeds, and a belief that cities could feed themselves — sustainably.

Our Mission

Founded in 2022, RooftopGreens was born from a simple idea: that the freshest, most nutritious food should be grown as close to the people who eat it as possible.

We transform underutilized urban rooftops into productive micro-farms, growing nutrient-dense microgreens that are harvested and delivered the same day. No long supply chains, no cold storage, no compromises on freshness.

Today, we operate across 12 rooftop locations, serve 5,000+ weekly subscribers, and partner with over 200 restaurants committed to local sourcing.
